WININFOSYS, INC. believes an effective way of increasing the success of hiring and retaining good people can fall in the hands of its own employees.  The company encourages employees to refer friends, colleagues, and people you previously worked with for job vacancies.  To reward employees for referring qualified candidates who subsequently are hired, WININFOSYS, INC. pays the referring employee a cash bonus of $600 for each successful referral made in accordance with the following general provisions.  A complete list of open positions may be found on our website at http://www.wininfosys.com/career.html.
Referral Program Procedure:  The referring employee must forward the qualified candidates resume to his/her hiring manager for consideration.  If the candidates qualification meets the requirements of the open position, the hiring manager will contact the candidate and conduct a brief phone interview.  If the candidate successfully passes the phone interview, a physical interview is scheduled.  At this point the referring employee must complete an Employee Referral Form and submit it to the Human Resources Department.
Referral Bonus Payment Procedure: Employees who refer a qualified candidate who subsequently is hired and remains employed for at least six months are eligible for a referral bonus payment.  This bonus is paid in one installment – a cash payment of $600 after the new hire completes three months of employment.  All bonuses paid under this program are subject to tax withholding.
Referral Bonus Eligibility Criteria:  No referral bonuses are paid for referrals of candidates who are rehires or persons returning from a leave of absence.  To be eligible for either of the two-bonus payments described above, the referring employee must still be in the companys payroll at the specified dates.  Additionally, to avoid possible conflicts of interest, referral bonuses are not paid for job candidates referred by management officials or employees working in the Human Resources Department.  Any appropriate conduct related to this program will cause WININFOSYS, INC. to deny bonus payments.
Enforcement Responsibility:  In accordance with the job-posting program, all open positions for which employees can refer qualified candidates are posted in the lunchroom and at other designated locations and maintained by the Human Resources Department.  The Department also is responsible for administering the employee referral program, including processing all referral forms and bonus applications and resolving any disputes.   Details about our employee referral program may be found at http://www.wininfosys.com/referrals.html.


Position(s) for which we are currently actively seeking qualified candidates:
WinInfosys, Inc. has an opening for the position of Workday Implementation Consultant (Ref# WIC130RV) to work in Elk Grove Village, IL and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.  Job Duties:  Responsible for Workday HCM functional implementations and integrations for various clients.  Analyze the existing system process and functionality and design the new system with appropriate Workday functioning techniques.  Develop Workday advanced custom reports, matrix reports, and calculated fields configuration and build Workday integrations.  Enhance existing Workday modules by automating current processes, gathering requirements, designing, building, testing, and building Workday integrations.  Analyze stakeholder requirements to identify gaps and provide solutions.  Build complex calculated fields with the provided legacy SQL logics to Workday.  Build and deploy Workday Studio integration to load data into Workday.  Fine-tune the integrations performance to improve runtime and efficiency.  Perform thorough unit testing and peer review on the integration build and design.  Configure integration notifications, business processes, and involved in scheduling the integrations.  Create test scenarios for user acceptance testing (UAT) and play key role in resolving the defects raised, getting sign-off for all the interfaces.  Build and maintain inbound/outbound Workday HCM and Finance integrations to third party vendors.  Design, build, and test reports in Workday functional.  Partner with business and HRIS (human resource information system) teams including technical and non-technical at all levels.  Prepare technical documentation and support testing from development until post -production support.  Solve system issues including understanding system interdependencies.  Use of Workday HCM, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, Workday Core Connectors, Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), IBM Cognos, XML, XSLT, WSDL, Web Services (SOAP & REST), Oracle, UNIX, and Windows.  Travel and/or relocation required.
Requirements:  This position requires a Masters degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, CIS, MIS, or a related field.  Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Software Engineer, Computer Programmer, or related experience.  Position requires 1 year of experience with Workday integrations & reports, Workday HCM, and IBM Cognos. 40hrs/week.
